Procedure and documents required for obtaining membership of Siliguri Tea Auction Committee

1. Application form duly signed and completed in all respect to include the followings:

• Colour photograph of Director/Partner to be affixed on the application form duly signed and affixing rubber stamp by the Director on the front side of the photograph.
• Signatures of the proposer and seconders who should be registered members of STAC minimum of 05 years. They can be a member from any class.
• Mention clearly whether regular garden or Division of garden or Brand of tea or BLF.

2. Common name of brand, already in existence in tea will not be entertained as member.

3. Admission fee Rs.25,000/-, Membership Subscription Rs.2,000/- and e.auction contribution Rs.1,000/- to be sent by Demand Draft. For renewal of membership, the Admission fee is Rs.10,000/- along with all the outstanding dues.

4. Copy of Tea Board registration duly attested by the Director/member.

5. Article and Memorandum of Association from the Board of Director.

6. Resolution from the Board of Director/Chairman authorizing Company to seek membership of the Committee duly signed affixing rubber stamp.

7. Photo copy of Income Tax PAN certificate duly signed affixing rubber stamp.

8. Telephone No, E. Mail ID etc.

9. Name of the Director and their address, certified by the Managing Director or Chairman.

10. E - Auction registration form (enclosed) duly completed and signed affixing rubber stamp.

11. Copy of CST & VAT certificate duly signed affixing rubber stamp.
